Harvested by machine and partly by hand, the grapes are placed in 500 kilo bins, which are decanted directly into the tank presses. The grapes were lightly pressed and the juice obtained is decanted into mostly old French oak barriques. The must was subjected to spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, for well over 6 months. It is then left on the fine lees for another eight months before being bottled. Brilliant straw yellow colour. The nose perceives a tempting combination of ripe summer fruit and floral notes. Hints of brioche, citrus peel and lemon are other hints perceptible to the nose.
