Wine & Design as Data Controller (hereinafter: "Data Controller") aipursuant to Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 ("Code"), as well as the EU Regulation 679/2016 (from now onnext: "Regulations") - considers privacy and the protection of personal data one of the objectivesmain activities. We invite you, therefore, before communicating any datapersonal to the Owner, to read carefully this Privacy Policy because it containsimportant information on the protection of your personal data.
This Privacy Policy:

5. ADDRESS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes set out in section 3 of thepresent Privacy Policy, with:- 1. subjects that typically act as controllers within the meaningart. 29 of the Code and 28 of the Regulations, namely: i) persons, companies or professional firmsproviding assistance and advice to Wine & Design in accounting matters,administrative, legal, tax and financial matters; ii) subjects delegated to carry out activities oftechnical maintenance; iii) credit institutions, companies and partners;- 2. subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data inforce of provisions of law or orders of the authorities;- 3. persons authorized by the Owner, pursuant to art. 30 of the Code and 29 of theRegulations, to the processing of personal data necessary to carry out activities strictlyrelated to the provision of services, whether they are committed to confidentiality or have aadequate legal duty of confidentiality;- 4. companies controlled by Wine & Design, limited to the pursuit of purposesinternal administrative;These subjects are collectively defined as "Recipients". The complete listof the data controllers is available by sending a written request to the Data Controller at the addressesindicated in the "Contact" section of this statement.
6. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processed for the purposes set out in sections 3.1 and 3.2 will be retained for thetime strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, it is abouttreatments carried out for the provision of services, the Data Controller will retain personal data for the period oftime allowed and allowed by Italian law to protect their interests (Article 2946 c.c. eseq.).Personal data processed for the purposes set out in section 3.3 will be retained until the timeprovided for by the specific obligation or applicable law.More information on the retention period of the data and the criteria used fordetermining this period may be requested by sending a written request to the Holder aiaddresses indicated in the "Contact" section of this statement. In any case, it is savedpossibility for the Owner to keep your personal data for the period of time envisaged andpermitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Article 2947 (1) (3) c.c).

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Code, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmationthe existence or otherwise of your personal data and to know its content and origin,verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction; hasthe right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of datatreated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to themtreatment. From 25 May 2018, you also have the right to request access tohis data, to oppose the treatment, to request the limitation of treatment in the cases providedart. 18 of the Regulations, where technically possible, as well as to obtain in a formatstructured, in common use and readable by automatic device data concerning it, incases foreseen by the art. 20 of the Rules.Requests should be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in the "Contact" section ofthis information.In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority(Guarantor for the protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Rules, ifbelieves that the processing of your data is against the legislation in force.
8. CHANGES
The Owner reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part orcompletely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. The owner invites youtherefore to regularly visit this section to get to know the most recent andupdated version of the Privacy Policy in order to be always updated on the collected dataand on the use that Wine & Design makes of it.
