The sale on this web site is governed by these General Terms and Conditions (in accordance with Italian law and in particular theLegislative Decree no. 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and to the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, with specific reference to the legislation of distance contracts). Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer, will be effective upon publication on the website, being applied only to sales concluded after publication. Sending the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the conditions of sale in force at that time.
Conclusion of the contract
The order submitted by the Customer to WINE & DESIGN SAS through the Internet it must be completed in its entirety and must contain the elements necessary for the identification of the customer and the products ordered and an indication of the place of delivery, on pain of nullity. Features and availability

You may not be able to ensure the availability of all products offered and can not therefore be regarded as responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. Right of withdrawal
Purchases on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005, the customer has the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days of delivery of the product or products purchased, fairly and in good faith, by written notice to be sent to WINE & DESIGN SAS by email to info@passionevino.net or via registered mail to the address shown in the beginning of those conditions. In this communication the Customer must indicate the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. WINE & DESIGN S.A.S. will, at its own expense, the withdrawal of the product or products in question in the manner and terms agreed in advance with the Customer, saving the waiver of recovery of the above. Within 30 days of receipt of goods, WINE & DESIGN SAS will be credited to the customer of the agreed amount.

Prices and terms of payment
The prices of products listed in the various sections of this site include VAT. The prices charged are those shown on the site at the time of order by the customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices of which are stated on the site, cancel and replace those previously indicated. The price of the products purchased, along with the cost of delivery, must be paid by the Client as specified in the section of this site called "Payments".
Guarantees and responsibility
WINE & DESIGN SAS, within the limits of availability as covered above guarantees that the delivered products are equal to those shown and described on the site. For all products sold that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on this site are provided to facilitate the Customer's recognition of the products; due to changes in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered. The Legislative Decree n.206 of 6 September 2005, article 63 defines that if the product is lost or damaged while in transfer is under WINE & DESIGN S.A.S. responsability and this waranty decade when the product is recived by the customer: for that reason is very important to verify the integrity of the produts when they are recived from the shipper.
While taking into account the nature of the products sold, it should be noted that they are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code, for which the seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right, at his choice and on condition that the nature of the product allows it, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or to the resolution of the contract. As for expiries and storage methods, refer to what is indicated in the product sheet of the site and on the relative packaging.
Disputes and applicable law
Civil disputes related to the application, execution and interpretation of the contract of sale at a distance are subject to Italian jurisdiction and will be competent Court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in Italian.
