Brunello di Montalcino - Cielo d'Ulisse

DESCRIPTION: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for about 20 days in steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging of 36 months in old large barrels. Classic Sangiovese, delicate colors. On the nose typical expression of the big barrel, red fruits and undergrowth. In the mouth as free-range as the vintage; tannins and acidity still evolving but which already paint a picture of great drinking.
