DESCRIPTION: Product obtained from the light pressing of the grapes, it is refrigerated to carry out a natural decantation of the must with subsequent racking and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Maturation and refinement 4 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle. With a bright peony pink colour; it has an intense and rich aroma, with fragrant notes of fresh red fruit, wild strawberries, raspberry which blend with hints of fresh red flowers such as rose. On the palate both a mineral note and the spice of black pepper are perceptible, good acidity and persistent flavor. Perfect for pairing with cured meats and mixed cold cuts, but can also accompany tasty fish-based preparations.
