Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil 2021 - Les Rouillères

DESCRIPTION: Is with "Les Rouillères" that has all started, the cuvée of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil par excellence, light, fruity and all fineness. A wine that sums up everything that this particular terroir offers: freshness, pleasure, a typical wine that wants to be simple and pure. The vineyard is 18 hectares, on pebble / sandy ground. The vines, about 40 years old, produce only Cabernet Franc grapes. The average yield is 40 hl / ha. In the basement the grapes are selected in two distinct steps. Cold maceration follows fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel containers without pressing the grapes.
