DESCRIPTION:Organic Primitivo Wine with an intense red color with violet reflections that recall fresh red fruit. On the nose, the fruity notes of blackcurrants and blackberries elegantly marry the spicy notes of nutmeg, liquorice, chocolate and vanilla, released by the short passage in French barrel. On the palate, the low alcohol content is supported by an acidulous structure that gives balance and length, leaving hints of fruit and coconut on the palate. It goes perfectly with pasta, white meats and fresh cheeses.
