American Whiskey Copperworks Batch 44

DESCRIPTION: American Single Malt Whiskey produced at Copperworks, is the result of the union of eight new and charred oak barrels, four of which contained whiskey from the Pale barley distillation of Great Western Malting and matured for 45-52 months. Three barrels were instead filled with 'single variety' whiskey then distilled from single variety cereal (Baroness barley grown in Colfax, WA) and aged for 56 months. The final cask was created from a "Queen's Run" (redistillation of heads and tails from previous distillations), matured for 60 months. The mix was bottled at 50%.
