DESCRIPTION: Although Vermouth is relegated to its father of Turin, in the 18th century it was very common to have its own interpretation on the national territory, and since 1773 there is evidence of Tuscan vinum absinthites. It is from this tradition that a vermouth based on indigenous grapes combined with a marked note of Absinthe, Tuscan medicinal herbs and white beetroot sugar was born instead of the classic caramelized sugar.
Very intense aroma, notes of violet, rosemary and absinthe, which is revealed in a predominant way on the palate, combined with red fruit and fresh grass typical of the San Giovese grape which marries elegantly. Long bitter finish with mineral and full-bodied hints
