DESCRIPTION: The Maximum Brut is obtained from a careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes harvested on the high hills of Trentino. It 'a sparkling wine obtained by the classical method according to the strict criteria of the Trento DOC, maturation takes place for at least 24 months on the yeasts in their crops. Its color is straw yellow; gentle and intense, persistent, with a note of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and variegated floral bouquet. The palate is dry, elegant and harmonious. Has great personality, intense fruity notes typical of Chardonnay accompanied by appealing scents of vanilla and yeast that persist long in the mouth.
