Whiskey Mellow Spice

DESCRIPTION: This spirit features a blend of aromas on the nose - herbs, orange peel, toffee and vanilla - with subtle fruit notes on the palate that lead to nutmeg and buttery caramel flavours with a light spice. A creamy and sweet finish, but gives way to more bitter notes over time. Nose: Opens with pineapple notes and transitions into more citrusy aromas, orange blossom and ripe oranges. Palate: Some salty and savoury flavours, almond notes and a sweet orange candied finish. Finish: Oily mouthfeel and a medium long finish. Aged in bourbon barrels for 10 years. Aged in muscat barrels for 2 years.
