DESCRIPTION: Puni Pure allows enthusiasts and connoisseurs to taste the purest form of the future whiskey. Puni Pure is a "White Whiskey" had not yet become barrel, but left in stainless steel for 6-9 months. PUNI ALBA is the first exclusive bottling barrels PUNI hand selected. Its name is a tribute to the land of Scotland, the home of whiskey, in Gaelic just call dawn. For its production are selected the best barrels and Marsala wine from Alto Adige. The current series PUNI ALBA has been stored 12 months in barrels Marsala Vergine and Pinot Noir. In this span of time, it develops the intense color as well as its particular structure. In the dawn in fact spicy aromas and soft, matured in barrels, bind harmoniously with the malty sweetness of the distillate. New this year is Puni Opus I, the first of a series of limited editions inspired projects aging master distiller Jonas Ebensperger. Opus I consists of a vatting of two barrels, a former Marsala 225 liters with distilled two years and a former Islay to 50 liters with distilled a year. The whole was mixed and left to rest in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
