DESCRIPTION: Refine 24 months in wooden containers of various capacities and another 4 months in the bottle. Production of only 4,000 bottles. Ruby red in color; the nose has hints of fruit and spices. In the mouth it is robust and persistent. Excellent with red meats, game, roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses. It is certainly a meditation wine, which to be tasted at its best must be opened two hours in advance in order to promote good oxygenation.
