DESCRIPTION: Grapes: Gros Manseng, Harvest: hand picked in mid-October.Vinification: slow and delicate pressing. Fermentation and aging in barriques (10% new) for 10 months, 10% of which are new.Organoleptic characteristics: a wine with an incomparable aromatic finesse. It is a complex, mineral wine with a sip characterized by a very long finish. Pairings: it goes well with fish and shellfish, white meats and cured meats, spicy dishes, cheeses.
