The assembly of Champagne Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut includes a particularly high proportion of reserve wines from different harvests (5-6 on average): 25 to 35%, sometimes up to 40% to ensure the continuity of the style of the Maison. These reserve wines, which come to the oldest 9 years of age, are stored individually, respecting the origin and vintages. It has yellow-golden, rich and fine mousse. Champagne with powerful and pleasant fragrance, fruity initially (white fruits, dried fruits) and then tending vanilla and brioche: an ideal compromise between the aromas of the grape (fruit) and those of aging in bottle (pastry).
