DESCRIPTION: Vinification: manual and selective harvesting in different phases. Gentle pressing of the grapes. Fermentation with natural yeasts and subsequent aging in wooden barrels from local oak forests.

Organoleptic characteristics: bouquet reminiscent of dried apricots and peaches, hints of tropical fruit. The fruity aromas continue wonderfully into the finish.

Pairings: it goes well with goose and duck liver, apple or pear tart. After ten years of bottle aging it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
