DESCRIPTION: The two cabernets (franc and sauvignon) and merlot come directly from those historic vines imported to Lispida by Count Corinaldi and merge into a harmonious and fascinating wine as in the Bordeaux tradition. The vines from which this wine is made are on average 80 years old, despite the expanded breeding form they provide a very limited quantity. For this reason, the name of the wine takes up the well-known work of the great poet Petrarch, who lived the last seven years of his life in Arquà with great passion for agriculture and viticulture, which literally means from the Latin "The weigh together", the "Compendium", that is the essence, the summary, providing the starting point for the La Costa company to produce a great wine that brings together all the qualitative p..
