DESCRIPTION: In the vineyard are not used chemicals and pesticides, the grapes produced is organic and all stages are performed manually. Crushing-stemming and fermentation through spontaneous pied de cuve of the same grapes harvested 10 days before and maceration on the skins for 20-30 days. Aging in large wooden barrels for 12 months followed by another aging in steel for 12 months and in the bottle for at least 6 months. Its evident tannins well the bride with braised meats and pasta dishes, dairy products with lower curing.
