When the project began in 1992, the idea was to use the calcareous marl of our territory to create a white wine that was elegant and rich in structure, just like the most famous French Chardonnays. At the time, it was a dream to think of producing a Burgundy-style wine right here in Piacenza. Yet, after nearly a decade of refinement, international recognition and the first of a long series of medals began to arrive...
