DESCRIPTION: Antonio Vallana has a long and consolidated tradition in the production of medium and long-aging Nebbiolos. This Nebbiolo rosé was born from a friendly rebellion by Francis and Marina Fogarty Vallana: the young winemaking team that has continued and innovated the family's historic production for several harvests. In the first hours of fermentation, the Nebbiolo presents fruity aromas reminiscent of lemon, mandarin, peach, ripe pear and violet. The winemaker's skill is to capture this soul, preserving these complex, intense and refreshing nuances that are lost in red Nebbiolos. A beautiful bright pink color. It opens on fragrant fruity notes of peach, followed by floral aromas of violet and delicate mineral touches. In the mouth it is fresh and juicy, very pleasant.
