DESCRIPTION: Alipus San Andres XX Anniversario is produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. The land around the Don Valente distillery is an undulating plateau at about 1600 meters above sea level, the soil is a mixture of shale and iron, the agave therefore releases its characteristics in this product with a strong and well-defined flavor. The cooking takes place in an underground conical oven, the milling is mechanical, the fermentation takes place in pine wood vats and the double distillation in a copper alembic.
