Vinificazione:sgranatura dei grappoli appassiti con selezione dei migliori acini. Fermentazione spontanea e macerazione sulle bucce per 28 giorni e affinamento in barrique di legno di ciliegio per circa 1 anno. Quindi travasato in contenitori inox dove decanta fino alla giusta limpidezza e poi imbottigliato. Vino dolce, fine, complesso ed elegante.
