DESCRIPTION: The manually harvested grapes are pressed into whole clusters, followed by the static decantation of the must and subsequent partial fermentation of the must. The partially fermented wine is then bottled to conclude the natural fermentation in the bottle. Pale pink color: wine with a very fresh bouquet, fruity with citrus and pomegranate hints. Of great freshness, lively and pleasantly dynamic in the mouth, the mouth supported by an excellent acidity and sapidity accentuate its drinkability and ductility in gastronomic accompaniments. Versatile at the table with cold cuts, with delicate white meats and in combination with stuffed pizzas.
