DESCRIPTION: Double distillation in copper pot still. Clear and crystalline to the eye, consistent fruity notes of pineapple and apple on the nose with herbaceous, citrus and watermelon seed hints. It closes the sense of smell with a little ash and cloves. Generous, round and full in the mouth: a complex assembly of spicy and citrus aromas. In the finish it closes with a smoky and sweet aftertaste of ripe agave.
