DESCRIPTION: eSperimento Tre was born from a cooler than average vintage and from the idea of enhancing the mineral notes of the Chardonnay located in the highest vineyard. Soft pressing of the destemmed bunch, spontaneous fermentation with pied de cuve, it evolves for a year in Clayver stoneware barrels with weekly bâtonnage.
