Chablis Magnum 2022

DESCRIZIONE: Terroir: Kimméridgien, upper layer formed in the Jurassic composed of clay and limestone. Location Vineyards: Préhy in the southwest of Chablis. Exposure to the south-east. Vinification fermentation at controlled temperature with natural yeasts. Aging "sur lie" from November to April and further aging in steel to preserve freshness and aromas. Organoleptic characteristics: of a beautiful light and bright yellow, it expresses a fine and very fruity bouquet reminiscent of white fruit and citrus fruits. It is a balanced, mineral and surprisingly fresh wine. Pairings: to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters, seafood salad, snails or with fresh goat cheese.
