Bourbon Freddy Cascetta Kentucky Straight 14 y.o.

DESCRIPTION: This bourbon from the Heaven Hill distillery, along with a few others, has been left to rest in European Quercus Robur barrels, and here lies the difference. The organoleptic profile is different and enriched with woody and smoky notes that are not common in this type of distillate, making it complex and articulated. The typical vanilla and solvent notes are less present, in favor of a tasting with hints of tobacco and ripe plum in alcohol. The permanence in the Scottish climate has allowed an unusual aging for bourbons, making it even more unique.
