DESCRIPTION: Vinification: Very soft pressing of the whole grapes, cold decantation of the must, subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature. Short refinement on the noble lees in steel. Pale pink color, very bright. Notes that recall fresh fruit, especially cherry, accompanied by light hints of rose. Good softness on the palate, closes the tasting with savory and fresh sensations. Ideal with shellfish and raw fish dishes. Serving Temperature: 10°C
