DESCRIZIONE: A cold maceration of the grapes for approximately one night in a press in a closed environment is followed by white vinification and fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Refinement in steel. Coppery/pink in colour; with an intense, fruity and spicy aroma. It gives softness, flavor and balance in the mouth. Ideal with fish, white meats, dry soups, egg-based dishes and pasta. Excellent aperitif.
