Bouquet: wild strawberries, elderflowers, hints of dried roses and dried fruit. Taste : excellent balance between the fruity part and the lively acidity, a balance that brings back the scents already found on the nose.Pairings: Thanks to its important extract it goes perfectly with white meats such as chicken, Perfect for almost all types of fish thanks excellent acidity to try also with prawns and shellfish in general. Also excellent combined with good cow's cheese. Sheep's cheese, on the other hand, enhances its mineral tones and herbaceous notes. Serving temperature: 12°. To better preserve its freshness, we recommend drinking it within the first 5 years of life.
