Gin Presa 10

DESCRIPTION: Gin PRESA 10 is a distillate obtained from a new infusion method of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI Tardivo, lime, coriander, juniper berries and botanicals that enhance its original and unique aroma and taste. The innovative recipe by Giuliano Tonon, a scholar of the Venetian culinary tradition, was born at PRESA 10 in Volpago del Montello (TV). The distillation was carried out with a 300-liter bain-marie boule still and a column equipped with a gin-basket to best capture the aromas of the infusion with those in the alcoholic current.
