Radicchio Bitters Divorosso

DESCRIPTION: DIVOROSSO is the first liqueur obtained from a patented method of hot infusion of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI Tardivo and lime, with an alcohol content of 25% Vol. The Consortium for the Protection of Radicchio di Treviso guarantees the high quality of the product with the PGI mark. The original and innovative recipe was created by Giuliano Tonon, a well-known restaurateur and Chef of the Venetian culinary tradition in Italy and around the world. 500 g of Radicchio Rosso and lime are needed to produce 1 l of liqueur expertly prepared by the Da Ponte Distillery which, with the addition of alcohol, creates the fortification of the infusion and the finishing touch. It is an elixir that contains all the beneficial properties of Radicchio, with a balanced flavour with slightly bitter notes and the scent of lime. It is an excellent digestive, ideal for making aperitifs and original long drinks.
