The hand-picked and selected grapes are placed directly into the hydraulic press; followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts and storage in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. It has a lemon yellow color with silvery reflections, intense aromas of peach, golden apple and honeysuckle.
