DESCRIPTION: In order to show the origin of the different terroirs, this Champagne is called Monts de Vertus. It is composed exclusively of Chardonnay, coming from vineyards over 50 years old, located in the center of a hill with limestone soil with characteristics of purity, minerality and flavor. Open this bottle when you want to experience an unforgettable moment. Vinification: Cuvée (free-run must only), 7 months on yeasts, minimal use of sulfur dioxide. 100% Unfiltered steel. Aging: in the bottle on the yeasts, for a minimum of 5 years in the nineteenth century cellars at a low and controlled temperature.
