Blanc De Blancs Grand Cru Magnum

DESCRIPTION: The color is pale gold, bright with green, almost silvery reflections. Very fine perlage and light foam; the first hints are iodine and saline, followed by citrus notes of green lemon and white flowers. With oxygenation, notes of almond and toasted bread stand out; the attack is lively, with notes ranging from citrus fruits to white berried fruits, up to a chalky minerality. Wide and creamy finish.
