DESCRIPTION: The harvest takes place manually and maturation in natural volcanic tuff caves, in French oak barrels or tonneaux, for a period of at least 12 months and another 12 in bottle. Ruby, with garnet reflections. The nose is complex and characterized by aromas of small black berry fruits in jam and carob on a spicy background. The taste is powerful and harmonious, characterized by velvety tannins and a long and pleasantly balsamic finish. Excellent with game, braised red meats and aged cheeses.
