DESCRIPTION: For the Brut "Authentique", only the two noble grapes of Burgundy are used to highlight the excellence of this world-famous terroir. Harvested by hand, the Pinot Noir grape predominates in the blend, bringing all its elegance and complexity, while the freshness and precision of the Chardonnay perfect the balance of this traditional method cuvée. The harvest is done manually. After the harvest of the grapes follows delicate pressing and the wines are vinified separately to be then blended. The cuvée is bottled according to the traditional method and left to refine for a minimum of 12 months. Refined and elegant bubbles, delicate notes of red fruits on the nose, clear and fruity palate, with surprising finesse and persistence. Perfect for an aperitif, it can also be served with foods such as white meat or desserts.
