DESCRIPTION: Obtained from wild agave plants Tobalá ages 10-14 years, which they are cooked in traditional ovens underground. Fermentation takes place in a natural way and distillation it is double: this mezcal is distilled a first time in an alembic of 250 liter copper, while the second distillation is done in ancient vases clay. A particular process, which combines the vivacity of distillation in copper, with the softness and the aromatic complexity that derive clay. The result is elegant, round and long finish.
