Friuli Colli Orientali Doc 2020 - Cur Blanc

DESCRIPTION: Soft pressing. Cold static decantation. Fermentation at controlled temperature (18-20° C) in amphora and barrique for about 15 days. Evolution: 12 months on the lees. Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections: intense, broad, very elegant and persistent on the nose, with hints of honey and white wild flowers wet from the rain, citrus and mineral notes. Full-bodied, harmonious, very persistent and elegant, with a strong mineral and savoury accent. Notes of ripe Golden apple and dried fruit blend with balsamic hints of sage and thyme. In the finish, typical tannic note of almond and an exceptionally long, soft and saline finish.
