Cannonau doc 2020 - Perda Rubia

DESCRIPTION: Only free-run must is used and fermentation takes place in contact with the pomace for a short period of time. The refinement takes place in large oak barrels with subsequent long rest in the bottle. In the glass it reveals all its classic character through a pale ruby red; the nose is intense, characterized by floral notes that play with spices. Persuasive, like the dry, round and persistent sip, which returns warm to caress the palate.
