DESCRIPTION: From 14 to 18 months on the lees, without collage and light filtration. Bright ruby colour. Rich and delicious nose with aromas of ripe wild black fruits and a hint of white pepper. Black fruits, plum blended perfectly with spicy and peppery notes. A seductive wine full of sap with fine tannins and a complex, fresh and persistent finish in the mouth.
