Being a wine from the Puerto de Santa Maria it begins its journey as FIno Del Puerto with a classic vinification and organic aging. When, after about 5 years, the Flor decays, oxidative aging begins, the wine rests for another 7 years in the 10 barrels that have changed the fate of their aging.
