DESCRIPTION: La Grande Réserve Barrique has acquired many nuances during the additional refermentation that takes place in authentic barriques of different types of wood, some of which are already used to store valuable alcoholic such as Cognac, agricultural Rhum and Whiskey. Like the other trappist beers of Chimay, it undergoes a further refermentation once bottled and obviously is neither filtered nor pasteurized
