DESCRIPTION: Nagòtt: it is composed of the assembly of grapes normally used for the Torrette wine, with the prevalence of Petit Rouge. The vineyards are cultivated at 750-800 meters above sea level, on a unique parcel in the commune of Saint Pierre, in the Montagnine area. The grapes are harvested between the end of September and the end of October, with over-ripening on a plant. The maceration and fermentation last for 25 days in steel, while the aging is done in barrique, with bâtonnage. It is bottled without filtration. It gives very different olfactory sensations, firstly ripe red fruits which then slowly open to spices, to a hint of graphite, to close with a gentian finish. Excellent persistence, stimulates the palate and tells the terroir in which it is born, among those terraces stolen from the rocks in a warm and enveloping embrace.
