Straw yellow with greenish reflections, enriched with a persistent flow of tiny bubbles.
The delicate bouquet of perfumes remains ethereal and elusive, light notes of chamomile, acacia flowers, great minerality etc.
Fresh but decisive taste, we find great minerality, but we also discover unexpected citric notes and a good aromatic persistence.
Classic pairing with almost all types of fish thanks to its excellent acidity. Try it either as a shoulder to shellfish dishes, or paired with fresh fish or carpaccio dishes. The feeling of freshness of the fish will be enhanced by the characteristic acidity of this grape variety.
To better preserve its freshness, we recommend drinking it within the first 5 years of life (from disgorgement).
