DESCRIPTION: The wines are vinified separately. They ferment in cement barrels. Refinement is still conducted keeping the wines separate. In fact, they left for 18 months in barriques, of which about a third new, the others with second or third taste. Before proceeding to unify the different barrels, some were discarded, not considered up to the height. So the wines were united and remained in the tank for no less than a month. A period of 3 months in bottle aging followed, but it is advisable to continue this refinement. It is a deep ruby red with purple reflections, which tend to melt over the years. The intense aroma tastes of raspberries, vanilla, rosemary. It is elegance and not power the best quality. Alcoholicity, tannins, acidity. Correspondence between aromas and perfumes. Olfactory intensity and aggressiveness on the palate. Everything has been tried for harmony. Roasted red meat wine, game even if elaborated with sauces. You can well taste with aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees.
