DESCRIPTION: Canaiolo (fruit of selections within the company) and Sangiovese grapes were harvested separately. The wine-making, steel, lasts 20 days with daily and close attention to the fermentation temperature and acidity. After racking the wine was placed in barrels of which 1/3 new, 1/3 and 1/3 of a year for two years. The wine remained in barriques for 18 months and was bottled. Ruby color with garnet, the palatoin principle of tones that recall cherry, strawberry sottospirito, it grants later references in chocolate, iris, black pepper and guarana. Warm and soft when tasted the powerful alcohol is supported by a perceptible acidity and tannins alive
