DESCRIPTION: The high altitude gives the grapes an acidity well-structured, with a result fine and pleasant. The goal is to produce a wine with fine aromas (apple and citrus) and pronounced acidity. Fermentation ca. 4-10 weeks; 100% in barrels without malolactic acacia; the wine remains in the containers for fermentation to bottling in June. Sales in September before the next harvest; per year are produced ca. 15,000 bottles. First vintage 1995.
