AGING AND AGING
Crushing and fermentation in French oak vats. The fermentation temperatures are around 28 ° -35 ° C with daily plunging. After 20-25 days we proceed to the racking in steel tanks to allow a first clarification of wine, after which it is racked into barrels. Parking of 12 months in small barrels refined in a decisive way the fineness and elegance of Pinot Noir without betraying its peculiarities.
Deep ruby red color with garnet ref read. It is expressed with great intensity of aromas, from green pepper to small berries on background of vanilla. The taste is full, warm, very rounded, with extremely long aromatic finish.
