DESCRIPTION: The harvest takes place in late September and it follows the drying on racks. Aged in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 1 year in the bottle for 4 months. Coppery golden color with bright green hues; intense with hints of fresh fruit, from 'apricot to cool, followed by floral sensations of jasmine. Sweet taste, gracefully, lightly tannic, well-structured and well-balanced. Ideal with cassata, cannoli and ice cream. Perfect with Gorgonzola and mild cheeses
